Your launch-list details

This page explains what Forever collects through this website today. It covers the launch list. Store, sales and return policies will be published before orders open.

What we collect

When you join the launch list: your email address, the time you joined, the consent wording you agreed to, an optional product you're interested in, the page you signed up on, and campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, whether you came from Instagram). We don't ask for your phone number, address or payment details.

How we use it

Only to send Forever launch and product updates and to understand which products people are interested in. We don't sell your email. Joining the list doesn't reserve stock or guarantee an item. We don't send automatic welcome emails. Launch emails are sent by the Forever team, and each one includes a link to stop future launch updates. Each new signup is also copied by email to Forever's private team inbox, through our email provider, so we can follow up. Your address is never published, and our database stays the master list. If you ask to be removed, we delete your signup together with any pending team notification about it.

Abuse prevention

To limit repeated or automated signups, we keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your network address for about one day, then delete it. We never store the raw address.

Browser storage and your privacy choices

Essential (always on): your bag (once orders open), your motion/display preference, and your privacy choice itself are kept in your browser so the site works as you asked. These stay until you clear your browser data.

Optional analytics (off unless you allow it): if you choose “Allow optional analytics” and arrived from a link with campaign tags (source, medium, campaign and content only — for example, Instagram), your browser remembers those four tags for this tab session, and they're saved with your launch-list signup so we know which posts bring people here. With “Essential only”, these tags are neither stored nor sent. We don't use advertising pixels or sell data.

Change your choice any time with “Privacy choices” in the footer. Switching to essential only deletes the stored campaign tags from your browser straight away. Tags already saved with a past signup can be removed on request.

Our hosting platform may keep standard server logs and basic, cookie-free visit statistics that this website doesn't control through this choice.

Who handles it

Your details are stored with the hosting and database providers that run this site (Lovable and its cloud database). Fonts load from Google Fonts. If we later use an email service to send updates, it will handle your address only for that purpose. When orders open, checkout is handled by Shopify under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Launch-list details are kept until you ask to be removed or we stop sending launch updates. Hashed network addresses are deleted after about a day.

Contact and partnership forms

Those forms only prepare an email in your own email app. Nothing is sent or stored by this website until you send that email yourself.
